Shay Connell was born with a congenital heart defect. Life hasn't always been easy for Shay, but through Make-A-Wish Shay was able to meet the cast of her favorite movie. After her life-changing experience, Shay decided she wanted to give back.
Her Wish granter, Kimberly Carper, told her that lemonade stands were a great way to make some money to give back to Make-A-Wish. Shay was immediately on board. She teamed up with Carper's kids, Jack and Marissa, to host their first-ever lemonade stand together in the summer of 2018. Since then, they have hosted three more lemonade stands, raising over $40k for Make-A-Wish. We hope to raise even more money this year, and we need your help.
